Elaine offers a weekly Open Level (Dharma I & II) Sunday morning yoga class taught in Douglaston, New York (on overpass of LIRR tracks). In addition, to this, she offers private classes as well as outdoor classes during the Spring, Summer & Fall months.
Being outdoors deepens the yoga practice and expands ones understanding of various spiritual teachings.
